Horrible tour !! Please do not join
Hi Mr Ramanna and Sis Suba , Thank you for planning and coordinating the tour. We joined the tour trusting that Sai travells group will take good care of the travellers who joined them. Yes, we agree that falling sick and unforseen weather are unpredictable and we are not complaining about it. However, we would like to feed back that from the begining of the trip we were travelling and checking into hotels without proper site seeing , snack/lunch breaks or toilet breaks. No proper itenary and information, not to mention most of the listed places on itenary was not covered. Last minute change in plan without informing the group. Meals were not given on time in addition to our meals being drastically delayed , we got the same menu for breakfast ,lunch and dinner for 1 week . No consideration for the aged for some activities , when questioned, i qoute Mr Ramana Rao “If you can’t manage this activity then why did you come” to an elderly who fell due to slippery snow , when in the first place they were forced to go for the snow activity and was not allowed to just sit in the bus and wait. In addition the choice of vehicle to ride up the mountain was compromising the safety of the travellers, there was a point the 50 seater bus tilted 45 degrees because of the unstability. Hotels that were booked for us were in horrible condition keeping in mind we were still in cold season some of us did not have heaters ,hotel floor were broken ,bedsheets were filthy,when we tried to tell mr ramana he told us that this is all an experience we have to go through . Flight meals were said to be paid for and we did not recieve it for both of our 5hrs flights, upon asking the flight attendant, we were informed that no meal booking were made. The whole tour was so disorganised and we wasted our money following Sai Rafflesia Tour. For future tour planning, Kindly take note of the above mentioned important factors. Thank you.
