What is Profile Verification?
All the profile are verified by the bride/grooms’ Identity Card (IC) before activation in our website.
We shall reject the profile that contains invalid data and not related to marriages.
Why do you need IC Copy?
IC copy is Compulsory and Important! We need to verify all our bride/groom.
This verification method helps to prevent fake profile. You may cross your ic copy (for matrimony purpose only). Only front copy is needed.
Do I need to upload IC copy for verification?
Yes, you may self upload at verification column or Whatssapp to us at 0102885060
Can parents/guardians/profile creator give their IC copy?
No. Only bride/groom’s IC copy acceptable.
Is payment required to upload my profile?
Yes, payment is required.
How much do I need to pay for registration ?

Can I view all the profiles without subscribed ?
No. Only paid members can view the profiles.
How long does it take to register and create a profile?
On average, it takes approximately 10 minutes.
Can I register multiple profile with same email address?
No. You can’t register multiple profiles with same email address.
Do I need to key in my handphone number upon registration?
Yes, It’s for administration and activation purpose. Without your contact number we can’t activate your profile.
Do I need to publish my contact number on my profile?
Not compulsory. You can hide your contact details, if you wish so.
When registering, I got an error message that says that my email is already in use. Why does this mean ?
Each profile on indian.my/matrimony is linked with a unique email address. An email address can only be used once on indian.my/matrimony.
You may have received this error message because you or someone else has already created a profile using this email address.
If you think your email is being used by someone else, please send us an message here and let us know.
If you previously created a profile and have forgotten your password, you may recover your password here.
How long it takes to activate and publish my profile ?
Your profile will activated and published within 2 hours upon receive the payment.
Kindly attached & whatsapp the proof of payment to 0102885060. Once activated your profile, you may view all the profiles.
Do I need to pay for the renewal after expired ?
Yes, it’s upon to your needs. Not compulsory.
Do I need to pay any fees, if I find my partner?
No. There are no extra charges or hidden fees

Why my profile and account is suspended ?
Please take note that your profile will automatically suspended if there is reports/complaints against your profile.
You will unable to renew/resume back your profile because it is considered blacklisted. There is no refundable policy in this terms too.
My religion and mother tongue is not listed in the Registration form. What should I do?
We have tried to be as comprehensive as possible when creating our religion and mother tongue options.
If you can not locate yours, we have provided the ability to select ‘other’. You may also send us a message here or contact us at 0102885060.
We will then do our best to add it as an option.

This ID is generated automatically by the system for each registered member.
You may see your ID at the URL or at the bottom of your profile.

How to blur my picture ?
You may login into my account, then click privacy and click NO ONE at who can see my images icon.
The system will blur your picture up to 50% from the actual image.
How to get verify tags?
You may go to my account,
click – verification icon and upload your Identity Card
Before upload you may cross your ic copy “matrimony purpose only”
for verification purpose and office use only – its private and will not be published to obtain verification tag.
